Brief

We designed and developed their new website pro-bono.  The website must reflect their activity and support various materials, such as documents, images and multimedia.

Administration had to be as simple as possible, training being done over the phone for the volunteers working on data input & updating.

Client

OvidiuRom, Romania

Challenges

Previous version of the website did not have a database and it was very hard to collect and transfer data to the new website.  The copy-writing team was already accustomed to the existing administration interface.

Solution

We developed an open architecture using Word Press as backbone, allowing us to easily add new features in the future. The website can be seen here: www.ovid.ro
