Brief

Integrate in the German team developing the admin tool for www.zooplus.de. Help the German developing different admin modules.

Challenges

  • The actual integration was a challenge, mainly because of the distance.
  • Understanding of software and database architecture.
  • Sometimes, detailed understanding of the specifications was more complicated than usual.

Solution

Created a task force of 4 people: 1 team leader , 2 php and 1 java programmer. Implemented daily briefing of “things to be done”. Tightened up communication with the client.
