And what do you say you’re good at?
We have great experience and expertise in working in Php (Zend Framework, CakePhp), HTML, CSS, Javascript (Prototype, Dojo), Smarty, MySql, Postgres, Actionscript (As2 and AS3). We can create large presentation sites (including admin interface) in a matter of days.
We have good experience working in Java (Spring, Hybernate, XML-RPC).
Who are your customers?
We have a mix of local and international customers. We have outsourced to clients in Canada, Germany, Norway, Ireland, France, Bulgaria and, of course, Romania.
We do prefer long-term commitments, and many of our clients have found this to be a win-win situation. Long-term commitments means lower rates, stability and a higher level of commitment.
Among the most trusted and important, we can mention: Xerox Romania, Zooplus, Tribal Nova, My Video, BRD – Group Societe General, Ogilvy Romania.
At the moment, international customers occupy about 80% of the load.

You have Canadian clients. How do you handle the timezone difference?
There is indeed a 7 hour time zone difference between Romania and Canada. We have adjusted our work schedule to increase the time interval we can discuss with our clients so we work 12 to 9. Since our clients start work at 7 am (their time zone), we have an interval of 7 hours we can communicate. Also, our holidays occur at the same time of the year with the Western holidays, as Romania is mostly Christian and celebrates Christmas and Easter, which means there are no lost time slots within projects.
…About communication. How do you communicate with your clients?
Working with various companies, from all over the world and with different corporate policies, we learned to be flexible when it comes to choosing the means of communication. We are available via the classical channels, such as phone, email, fax, but also proficient in the computer-based media, such as instant messaging, voice communication and collaborative tools. Our client’s favorite channel will always be our favorite one.
Collaborative tools?
Mostly project management tools. The most popular one is, of course, JIRA. But since JIRA employs a commercial licence, we are also use open-source free tools like Mantis and Flyspray. In addition we developed our own project management tool, Qwarp, that is helping us to better manage the work process on the various projects.
