Thanks to E-dea Works’ involvement in the whole process – designing the dedicated website, developing a public consultation online module, designing and producing all the advertisement and logo products – we had a very strong and representative public image that helped us get the exposure we wanted. Casa Ioana is the leading charity for homeless families living in Bucharest. Our website had to reflect our charitable status, the professional services we provide and be informative about homelessness and homeless services in the city. This balance was essential in ensuring that our website appealed to the public, other professionals and the private sector that we depend on to meet our funding needs. A donor, impressed previously with E-dea Works, introduced us to the company. Quickly, our site was professionally redesigned into a one that was appealing and rich in content. Working with E-dea works, we have gone from being in the top 200 places to being number one and two on the world’s top five search engines.

I am constantly impressed with E-dea Works customer service, which is always quick to respond to support requests. Since the beginning, we have always communicated very well at both ends and we do not have to explain in too much detail about what we want because they understand who we are and what our messages are.
