• The actual integration was a challenge, mainly because of the distance.
• Understanding of software and database architecture.
• Sometimes, detailed understanding of the specifications was more complicated than usual.

Solution

Created a task force of 4 people: 1 team leader , 2 php and 1 java programmer. Implemented daily briefing of “things to be done”. Tightened up communication with the client.

Create a travel agency website. Among the desired feature, there were: easily promote products from the admin section, users could make reservations and buy their tickets.

Challenges

The client did not understand very well how online selling works.

Much of the content was printed and not available in digital format. There was no person available for adding the content to the website on the client’s side.

Solution

Implemented an e-commerce solution over Joomla. Text-recognized and processed the printed content. Added it to the website. Trained the client on site usage.

We created the 2009 calendar and brochure, according to the new philosophy of the firm. The promotional materials were illustrated with ‘20s and ‘30s-inspired jazz photos.

Challenges

• A brochure, needed to presents the updated firm experience to prospective clients.
• Business cards for all .
• A desk calendar, a nice present for clients. They wanted to do it again because of the good feedback received last year.

Solution

Following the good collaboration we had for the 2008 promotional materials, we also created the 2009 calendar and brochure, according to the new philosophy of the firm. The promotional materials were illustrated with ‘20s and ‘30s-inspired jazz photos.

The brochure, a 24-page documents that presents their experience and portfolio, meant to support the firm in auctions, was designed as a folder where one can easily slip in other support documents. The brochure was published in a luxurious but understated print, respecting the firm brand identity.

The desk calendar was finalized in two versions, as a miniature with 7 pages and classic desk calendar with 14 pages.
