Why outsource in Romania? I’ve heard India is the best.

Well, let’s say India is better marketed than Romania. Outsourcing to India has become a buzzword and thus, many unskilled Indians get to promote themselves. Additionally, it is sometimes difficult to find “the good guys” in India. And, as one of our clients said, Romanian companies actually have employees for all the chairs in their offices.

And there’s more. There are quite a few reasons to outsource to Romania:

• If you’re an European, then you can benefit of nearsourcing as opposed to outsourcing.
• Romanians have good language skills (especially in English)

What exactly are the benefits of nearsourcing?

Plain and simple, you can come and meet us easily. Bucharest is only two hours away by plane from most Western capitals and airlines offer many daily flights that can take you to and from here. Intregration is much easier than for oursourcing. We have successfully integrated into already formed teams (something that cannot be done by all outsourcers – our clients tell us).

You say that Romanians speak English well. But everybody does, don’t they?

A recent study shows that 92% of university students study two or more European languages and English is the most studied one. Asian companies are less likely to be as proficient in communicating in the English language since it is not their primary one.

But India and China are cheaper!

Not quite. Easy-to-find outsourcing companies residing in China or India are cheaper. Quality services providers in India and China are NOT cheaper. Customer orientation and results-driven companies are not cheaper. Even though you might find a good value for your money if you bear in mind the total cost, looking at the hourly price, you might be tricked that India is cheaper. We charge at a hourly rate thus being more productive.
