Current Rates
So, what is your rating system?
We charge our clients on an hourly basis, daily basis or project basis.
And the rates depend on…?
The rates depend on several variables:
- The amount of contracted work (this is the most important criteria)
- How interesting the project is
- Previous collaborations and relationship
So, let’s suppose that a new client comes to you. How do you charge him?
Everything starts from our hourly rate.
We have the following rates:
| Daily | Hourly | Price/hour | Price/day |
| 0-10 days | 0-80 hours | 30 EUR/hour | 240 EUR/day |
| 11-40 days | 81-320 hours | 25 EUR/hour | 200 EUR/day |
| 41-100 days | 321-800 hours | 23 EUR/hour | 184 EUR/day |
| 101-400 days | 801-3200 hours | 21 EUR/hour | 168 EUR/day |
| over 400 days | over 3200 hours | 20 EUR/hour | 160 EUR/day |
But what if I need a budget for my project. How do I know how many hours do I need?
In this case, first thing to do is a RFP. Then, we will have an estimate for you. This should be the starting point for a budget. It is possible, under certain circumstances, to guarantee that this budget won’t be surpassed by more than 10-15%. But it all depends on the type of project and of course, on the volume of work. We won’t charge you more than initially budgeted UNLESS WE AGREE on the extra work.
